Ingredients1 pound cavatappi1 small-time onion diced, about 2/3 beaker 1/3 beaker butter 1/3 beaker flour1 3/4 beakers milk1 1/4 cup illumination ointment about 10 -1 2% MF1/ 2 teaspoon seasoned salt1/ 2 teaspoon garlic powder1/ 4 teaspoon pepper3 cups sharp-witted cheddar cheese shredded1 cup gruyere cheese or swiss cheese, shredded 1/2 bowl fresh parmesan cheese shreddedTopping1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded InstructionsPreheat oven to 400 degF.Cook cavatappi al dente( firm) according to package attitudes.
