Ingredients for Sprouted Moth Chaat
Moth motth – 1/2 goblet, 100 grams
Salt nmk – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder hldii paauddr – 1/4 tsp
Black Salt kaalaa nmk – 3/4 tsp
Chaat Masala caatt msaalaa – 3/4 tsp
Green Chilli hrii mirc – 1 finely chopped
Roasted Cumin seeds bhunaa jiiraa paauddr – 1/2 tsp
Tomato ttmaattr – 1 chopped
Potato, cooked ublaa aaluu – 1 medium size,
Green Chutney hrii cttnii – 2 tsp
Lemon niiNbuu – 1/2 medium size
Green Coriander hraa dhniyaa – 1 tbsp
How to construct Sprouted Moth chaat?

1. Soak 1/2 bowl of Moth in drinking water. Water should be 2 twice the part of Moth. Cover and leave it for 10 -1 2 hrs.

2. After 10 -1 2 hrs, abandon the spray and launder the Moth formerly with drinking water.

3. To sprout the Moth, cover the Moth in a wet towel and keep it in a filter. Take a slab, arrange a container on the plate, and keep the sieve over the container. Leave the Moth to sprout for 20 hrs.

4. Pour 1 goblet of ocean in a fix pot. Turn on the stove and supplemented 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric pulverize to liquid and generating the spray to a cook.

8. Add some chopped coriander buds. Sprouted Moth healthful& yummy chaat is ready to be served.
